MY Ariyal

MV Ariyal is a modern 45 metre liveaboard built to make the most of everything the Maldives has to offer, from world class diving to the simple pleasure of cruising through one of the most beautiful archipelagos on the planet. Comfortable, well equipped and run by an experienced crew, she accommodates up to 26 guests across 13 cabins spread over three decks, each with a private en suite bathroom and individually controlled air conditioning. The lower deck cabins have twin beds, while the sea view suites on the main and upper decks feature king size beds, making her a good fit whether you are travelling as a couple, with friends or as part of a group.

Common areas are generous and well thought out. The indoor salon is a relaxed space to wind down after diving, with comfortable seating, a large smart TV, a PlayStation 5 and board games, as well as WiFi throughout. Up on deck, guests have access to a sun deck with open and shaded areas and a freshwater jacuzzi, a welcome spot to soak at the end of a dive day while taking in the open ocean around you.

The diving itself is the heart of any Ariyal trip. Itineraries take in some of the Maldives' most celebrated sites, where guests can expect encounters with manta rays, whale sharks, grey reef sharks, eagle rays and turtles, as well as the vibrant coral reefs, steep walls and fast moving channels the region is famous for. Nitrox is included for certified divers, and the dedicated dive setup, including a 60 foot dive dhoni, two high pressure compressors, rinse tanks and a full professional dive team, keeps things running smoothly throughout the trip.

Food onboard is freshly prepared and served buffet style, with a mix of international dishes and local flavours and vegetarian options available. Complimentary drinking water, tea and coffee are provided throughout the cruise.
