MV Deep Andaman Queen is a wonderful diving liveaboard boat that sails to Burma and the best dive sites of Thailand. All cabins have private en suite bathrooms & air conditioning. Cabin types to choose from are four bed, three bed, twin, double & master. In total there is space for up to 25 guests to enjoy comfortable diving cruises which start at Thailand’s best diving sites and then sail into Myanmar’s Mergui Archipelago. These 8D/7N trips are to the best diving locations in The Andaman Sea.
The boat's pride and joy is the huge diving platform, which gives everyone space to move around safely before & after each dive. There are showers & rinse tanks for cleaning yourself, and any photo or video equipment. Dive equipment is taken care of by the staff, and left set-up for the whole trip. The area is well-planned, and there are the normal facilities, such as Nitrox and motorized tender dinghies for transporting guests to beaches and sometimes picking up any divers who surface far from the main boat.
But it’s not just the diving platform that makes Deep Andaman Queen a great Burma liveaboard boat. The guests are only underwater for a few hours a day. The rest of the day aboard can be spent in the cabins, on the shaded lounge or sundeck on the upper deck, in the air-conditioned saloon, or the open-air dining area. There’s always somewhere to socialize in comfort or get some privacy.
Safety is first & most-important for diving safaris to Burma and Thailand’s North Andaman dive sites. Therefore the professional organization and facilities make Deep Andaman Queen stand out from its competitors. But from a guest’s point of view, the reason for going on a diving safari is to enjoy lots of diving and relax. The crew & diving staff pride themselves on ensuring that each guest receives a friendly & professional service throughout the trip. For this, they have a very good reputation.

After guests are picked up from around Phuket & Khao Lak during late afternoon and early evening of departure day, Deep Andaman Queen sails from Khao Lak's Tab Lamu Pier in the evening. Dinner is served on board.
The diving begins early the next morning, within Thailand.
The second full day is when Deep Andaman Queen crosses into Burma.
After 5 full diving days in Burma, Deep Andaman Queen returns to Thailand for two dives at a local wreck.
Disembarkation is at lunchtime on the final day.
Guests are transferred to their chosen destinations around Khao Lak and Phuket.
There is also a shorter itinerary in which guests can join in Ranong and only do the diving days in Myanmar.
The itineraries below are the most-common for each trip, but these can sometimes be changed for a number of reasons. Small changes are made due to weather & sea conditions, special marine life sightings, overcrowded dive sites, local-authorities' instructions, and the needs & requests of the paying guests. The safety & comfort of all guests is most important at all times.
