Now in its 23rd year of operation, MV Nangnuan continues to be as popular as ever. Sailing six days a week from Khao Lak to Boonsung Wreck (also referred to as Bang Sak Wreck). After more than 20 years as a budget liveaboard boat, it's now a day trip boat but still very popular, due to its great value and excellent service, plus the dive site it visits.
From Saturday to Thursday every week during the diving season Nangnuan sets sail in the morning to Boonsung Wreck, which is not far from khao Lak's Bang Sak Beach. In a short time you will find yourself moored above the locally-famous Boonsung Wreck that lies 20 metres below the surface. Boonsung Wreck is a very popular dive site for diving liveaboard trips and day trip scuba diving from Khao Lak. The visibility is not always good there, but you are guranteed to see thousands of fish, and many different species of marine life. From Scorpionfish and Lionfish to dozens of special moray eels, plus nudibranchs and lots of huge shoals of young fish, such as snapper. Sometimes a whaleshark even visits!

Itinerary
Nangnuan leaves from Khao Lak's Bang Sak Beach in the morning.
Guests need to arrive at the dive centre in good time to be taken to the boat.
There are 2 dives per day.

Transfer details
Nangnuan guests need to arrive at the dive centre in central Khao Lak the day before departure. This is necessary to complete a little paperwork, fit diving equipment, pay the trip balance. And for the team to make sure that there's enough of the right food prepared for the morning departure.
Guests who are unable to meet the scheduled pick ups or would like private transportation are welcome to contact us to arrange a private taxi at the most competitive rates.
